Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading site safety programs, training, and compliance initiatives in Manufacturing.
• Proven ability to influence teams, build partnerships, and drive culture change.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide SHE programs and support day-to-day compliance efforts.
• Partner with operations leadership to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee employee training, safety communication, and engagement initiatives.
• Support risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
