Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment across diverse applications. Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required to succeed in this role.

The position involves regional overnight travel (50-60 hours/week) with a pay range of $30-$60 per hour, dependent on experience. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant refrigeration experience.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification.
• Motor alignment experience.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening, felony screening, and motor vehicle record screening required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot screw and reciprocating compressors and control/alarm systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
