Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for diverse customers.

A strong background in commercial refrigeration and electrical controls is required, with the ability to work 45–60 hours per week. This role emphasizes on-site service, safety compliance, and hands-on troubleshooting of ammonia and Freon systems, including compressors and control networks.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of commercial & industrial refrigeration.
• Familiarity with electrical controls and troubleshooting.
• Preferred EPA certification or the ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain industrial refrigeration equipment for assigned accounts.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon equipment.
• Troubleshoot screw and reciprocating compressors and control systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures and governing requirements.
