Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to join our nationwide team. The role involves repair, maintenance, and support of industrial refrigeration equipment, with a focus on ammonia and Freon systems and electrical controls.

This traveling position follows a 10-day tour schedule, typically 50–60 hours per week, with some weekends off. A high school diploma or GED is required; HVAC/R schooling or electrical training is preferred, and EPA certification is desired.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R or electrical schooling preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in refrigeration or industrial service.
• EPA universal certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to travel on a 10‑day tour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment.

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance per safety policies.
