Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a regional portfolio of shallow bay, multi-tenant industrial properties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budgeting, and reporting while mentoring Property Managers and support staff.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, disciplined acquisitions support, and technology-enabled practices to drive long-term value across Speed Bay’s national portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive property management, with 3+ years leading a team.
• Active real estate license in good standing.
• Strong strategic and tactical operations ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of multi-tenant industrial properties and set performance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Property Managers and coordinators.
• Perform full-cycle property management during vacancies or transitions.
• Manage day-to-day operations, tenant service, and lease lifecycle.
• Lead annual budgets, rent collection, and reporting.
• Coordinate capital projects, TI, and vendor management.
• Collaborate on acquisitions vetting and asset onboarding.
