Job summary

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead capital projects across its shallow bay industrial portfolio in Dallas, TX. You will manage deferred maintenance, CAPEX, TI work, and contractor coordination, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The role requires a 4–5+ year track record in industrial construction, a CM-related degree, and strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with leasing, asset management, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–5+ years of commercial or industrial construction management experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills, including managing complex schedules, documentation, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding, contracting, and installation of capital improvement projects.
• Supervise day-to-day progress of construction activities per schedule and quality standards.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; track milestones and follow-ups.
• Coordinate contractor selection, contracts, and multi-project management.
• Monitor and report project outcomes; keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
