Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial real estate assets, ideally industrial properties.
• Strong operational and financial management experience.
• Experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and ownership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations and maintenance across the portfolio.
• Implement maintenance procedures and manage vendor performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Manage tenant maintenance requests and oversee resolution of issues.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, suite assignments, access, and parking logistics.
