Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions in the Mountain West region is seeking a Regional Asset Manager to optimize a portfolio of commercial industrial assets. The role focuses on financial performance, NOI, IRR, and cash flow, using modeling and BI tools, reporting to SVP of Asset Management, and coordinating with acquisitions, finance, leasing, and property management.
The position requires a 10+ year background in asset management, a Finance/Real Estate degree, advanced Excel and Yardi skills, and a
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in asset management or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Yardi, and real estate management software.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Mansioni
- Develop asset-level business plans including leasing strategies and capex.
- Apply financial modeling to evaluate NOI, IRR, occupancy and cash flow.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and periodic reporting.
- Lead due diligence and underwriting with market insights and input to business plans.
- Collaborate with leasing and property management to optimize occupancy and revenue.
