LEO A DALY in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget. You will coordinate resources, define objectives, and oversee quality control across the lifecycle as part of an integrated design team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 8+ years of experience. Strong communication and mentoring skills across disciplines will help drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is required.
8+ years of project management experience in design/construction.
Strong graphic, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience mentoring engineers or coordinating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage project development from start to finish, defining scope and milestones.
Draft and submit budgets and adjust as needed.
Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, and proposals.
Supervise project teams and contractors, ensuring accountability.
Build and grow key client and business relationships.
Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
