Job summary

Leo A Daly LLC is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize architecture/engineering projects within deadlines and budgets. You will coordinate resources, define objectives, and oversee QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle as part of the overall program.

The role requires strong communication and leadership across multi-design disciplines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• 8+ years of experience.
• PE, RA, or CCM preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end which includes establishing project scope, goals, deliverables, ensure QAQC protocols.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
