Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management required.
• 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including establishing scope, goals, deliverables and QA/QC protocols.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes as needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and drive accountability for assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to project success.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
