Job summary

Leo A Daly is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget, coordinating resources and ensuring quality control throughout the lifecycle as part of the program. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
8+ years of experience in project management.
Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
Mentoring younger engineers or coordinating across disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, defining scope and milestones.
Draft and submit budget proposals and adjust as needed.
Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documents, and presentations.
Supervise project team members and contractors and drive accountability.
Build and grow client relationships and participate in interviews.
Coordinate across disciplines to ensure project completion.
