The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 8+ years of experience, with preferred credentials such as PE, Registered Architect, or CCM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Mentoring younger engineers or coordinating across disciplines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, defining scope and milestones.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and adjust as needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documents, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and drive accountability.
• Build and grow client relationships and participate in interviews.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure project completion.
