Job summary

Phillips Corporation in Portsmouth Naval Shipyard seeks an Onsite Machine Tool Maintenance Specialist to own the assessment and preventive maintenance of a wide range of machine tools and production equipment, ensuring peak readiness and safety across critical operations.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, manage PLC controls including Siemens Step 7, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell-Collins and Heidenhain, deliver expert reports, train customers, and collaborate with Phillips Partners

Qualifications

• 8 years or more of machine tool and/or industrial maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems
• If offered the role, relocation within commuting distance to Portsmouth, NH area with relocation assistance
• PLC and controls experience including reading, troubleshooting and editing ladder logic in Siemens Step 7, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell-Collins and Heidenhain
• Military background/experience or experience working in a regulated environment is a plus
• US citizen required for consideration
