Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
  • Coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout project development.
  • Establish client relations and participate in meetings (marketing, contractual, design, production).
  • Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
  • Conduct design development and contract document sessions with staff.
  • Coordinate workload through project development and ensure documents are completed on schedule.
  • Track financial aspects and coordinate work to meet schedule.
  • Collaborate with Project Controller and Department Manager for reviews.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
