Job summary

Sedron Technologies is seeking a Project Director to lead full lifecycle delivery of industrial capital projects in the United States. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost across all phases, reporting to the Vice President of Project Delivery.

The role supervises engineers, field personnel, and contractors on multi-disciplinary programs. The position requires 10+ years in project management for projects >$50M, PMP preferred, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience on industrial capital projects >$50M.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; budgeting and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost controls.
• Create and maintain project schedules; adjust plans for changes.
• Oversee execution with regular reporting and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status and milestones to stakeholders.
• Oversee contract negotiations and procurement interfaces.
• Travel approximately 15% to Sedron facilities.
