Job summary

Sedron Technologies is seeking a Project Director to lead full lifecycle management of industrial capital projects in the United States. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, and safety, coordinating engineers, field personnel, contractors, and partners to deliver complex programs over $50M.

Reporting to the VP of Project Delivery, you will implement project controls, risk/ change management, and drive performance across all phases with autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in project management for industrial capital projects >$50M.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project; budgeting/scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of industrial capital projects from design to operations.
• Establish project controls, risk management, and change processes.
• Direct cross-functional teams and external partners to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
