Job summary

Sedron Technologies is seeking a Project Director to lead end‑to‑end industrial capital projects across the United States. You will own safety, quality, schedule, and cost, reporting to the Vice President of Project Delivery.

The role supervises engineers, field personnel, contractors, and external partners on multi‑disciplinary programs over $50M. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in project management for industrial capital projects >$50M.
• PMP certification preferred; experience with PM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resources.
• Establish and manage budgets; monitor expenditures and control costs.
• Create and maintain project schedules using PM tools.
• Oversee execution and monitor performance with regular reporting.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Coordinate interfaces between internal teams, contractors, and partners.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes with controls.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and drive decisions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management

Master’s degree preferred

PMP certification preferred
