Job summary

Sedron Technologies in the United States seeks a Project Director to lead the full lifecycle of industrial capital projects, owning safety, quality, schedule, and cost from design through commercial operations.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage interfaces with contractors and partners, drive risk and change control, and ensure compliance on programs often exceeding $50M in value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for industrial capital projects over $50M.
• PMP certification preferred; proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Establish and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost controls.
• Create and maintain project schedules using PM tools; adjust plans for changes.
• Oversee execution, monitor performance, and report progress with metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams; coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet goals.
• Manage interfaces between internal teams, contractors, and partners to prevent conflicts.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes via formal change control.
