Job summary

Sedron Technologies, LLC is seeking a Project Director to lead industrial capital programs in the United States. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost across all phases, reporting to the Vice President of Project Delivery.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams including engineers, field staff, and contractors, with independence on complex projects exceeding $50M in value. You will establish project controls, risk management, and change processes, manage interfaces, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required; Master’s a plus.
• 10+ years of project management experience on industrial capital projects >$50M; proven delivery track record.
• PMP certification preferred; strong budgeting and scheduling skills with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost controls within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with contractors and partners.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed throughout all project phases.
• Provide regular status updates and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
