Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of estimating, scheduling, strategy and communications throughout preconstruction.
• Review weekly preconstruction progress and address schedule or cost impacts.
• Coordinate building systems and schedules with trades, operations, and design-build teams.
• Make timely decisions and manage risk with leadership input when needed.
• Drive standardization of practices and reporting across units.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure profitable project turnover and proper hand-off.
