Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial painting or blasting experience.
• Ability to pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and wear a respirator.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced surface preparation using grit-blasting equipment, ensuring proper profile and cleanliness standards are met.
• Apply a variety of industrial coatings, including Inorganic Zinc, Epoxies, and High-Temp coatings, following datasheets and procedures.
• Mix coatings accurately, selecting thinners, determining mix ratios, and adjusting viscosity.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment such as pressure pots, spray guns, and related tools.
• Inspect surfaces and coatings for defects, thickness, and overall quality; make adjustments as needed.
• Demonstrate expert understanding of coating systems and curing characteristics.
