Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in overseeing production and powder area operations.
• Coordinate day-to-day flow in the shop and ensure production and quality needs are met.
• Manage manpower and attendance to secure line capacity and meet schedules.
• Document data and write reports on production, rework, quality, line stops.
• Monitor quality per ISO Quality Plan and inspect materials.
• Interpret specifications and assign duties from blueprints and job orders.
• Conduct toolbox safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Encourage continuous improvement and 5S housekeeping.
• Follow schedules to meet ship dates.
