Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Lead Industrial Operations Engineer in Lebanon, IN to guide a team of technicians and vendors, implementing preventive maintenance and optimizing equipment performance in a regulated pharmaceutical setting. You will lead investigations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate maintenance activities with clients.

The role offers potential for contract extension and full-time conversion, with exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4–5 years of relevant experience; an engineering degree is preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, water systems, and air systems within a facility environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and provide technical guidance to technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and validate commissioning information for new equipment.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing business disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations related to building operations and work safety.
