Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Engineer to serve as the SME for facility and utility systems across assigned buildings. The role focuses on operational excellence, GxP compliance, and reliability, with a proactive cross-functional approach to optimize operations and capital projects on a fully onsite basis in Lebanon, IN.

The candidate will develop maintenance strategies, review operations for safety standards, and coordinate outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 5+ years of relevant work experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for facility and utility systems and monitor infrastructure issues.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies based on reliability principles.
• Review system operations to maintain laboratory safety standards (airflow, power, etc.).
• Coordinate building system outages for preventative maintenance and small capital projects.
• Support maintenance teams and planners with planned and unplanned work.
