Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to serve as the subject matter expert for facility and utility systems and to ensure operational excellence and reliability across responsible buildings.

The role is fully onsite, Monday–Friday in Lebanon, IN, and requires proactive collaboration to optimize operations, support capital projects, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with client and corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for facility and utility systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve infrastructure issues for all building systems.
• Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies based on reliability principles.
• Review system operations to maintain laboratory safety standards (airflow, emergency power, etc.).
• Coordinate & communicate building system outages for preventative maintenance
• Scope & support small scale expense projects with LRL scientists as requested
• Assist maintenance technicians, planners, and supervisors with investigating and completing maintenance work both planned and unplanned
