Job summary

True Red is seeking a Project Manager / HSE Lead for a major pharmaceutical construction project, initially in Lebanon, Indiana. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities with a focus on HSE, quality, and timely delivery, leading a team of 25–30 workers including millwrights and electricians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, industrial or pharmaceutical projects.
• PM, Site Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendent or HSE leadership experience.
• Experience with highly regulated environments and OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Act as main link between project team, client, GC and contractors.
• Coordinate multiple trades across installation, commissioning and qualification.
• Monitor progress, site resources, manpower and scheduling.
• Lead safety culture, inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Oversee permit-to-work activities including LOTO, confined space and hot work.
