Caliberr Staffing is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Specialist for a high‑volume Colorado facility. You will diagnose complex equipment issues, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and lead asset installation to expand manufacturing capabilities.

You will advance TPM initiatives, manage spare parts through Kanban, analyze MTTR and uptime KPIs, and troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of hands-on maintenance in high-volume manufacturing.
Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems.
Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.

Responsabilités

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
Lead installation and commissioning of new production assets.
Implement TPM initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
Optimize spare parts management and lead-time reduction.
Analyze maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize production disruptions.
