Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking an Industrial Injection Maintenance Technician to maximize uptime by diagnosing and repairing high-speed molding and packaging equipment. You will read complex schematics, perform preventative maintenance, and mentor teammates while ensuring safety protocols on the plant floor.

The role requires hands-on experience with 480VAC/24VDC systems, and strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years in industrial maintenance or manufacturing.
Able to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges).
Strong troubleshooting skills for 480VAC and 24VDC systems.
Effective communication of issues and resolutions to diverse stakeholders.
Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office for documentation.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair injection molders, blow molders, fillers, and high-speed packaging machinery.
Maintain facility infrastructure including chillers, air compressors, and water filtration systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures from schematics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement durable solutions for recurring issues.
Perform preventative maintenance and precision adjustments for peak efficiency.
Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders.
Support safety initiatives with lockout/tagout and safe operation practices.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
