Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting of three-phase power, motor controls, and low-voltage circuits.
• Proficient with power tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand tools.
• Able to lift, bend, climb, and reach.
• Solid understanding of maintenance work orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize machine uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve failures in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Perform precision repairs and component replacements to restore equipment.
• Interpret complex schematics and manuals to guide troubleshooting.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in digital systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize urgent repairs.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment following lockout/tagout protocols.
• Assist in installation and calibration of new manufacturing assets.
