Qualifications

• 4+ years of journey-level electrical maintenance experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting across electrical systems in manufacturing.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with facility maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Keep critical manufacturing equipment running by troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining electrical, PLC, CNC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Lead complex maintenance projects including 480V/3-phase systems, equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
• Drive reliability and safety through preventive maintenance, inspections and code compliance.
• Mentor fellow technicians and support various plant facilities and maintenance initiatives.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
