Qualifications

• 4+ years of journey-level electrical maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Advanced troubleshooting across electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on role requiring mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical work.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, PLC-controlled, CNC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a fast-paced production environment.
• Lead complex maintenance and installation projects including 480V/3-phase electrical systems and equipment upgrades.
• Drive equipment reliability and safety through preventive maintenance, inspections, code compliance, and safety standards.
• Mentor fellow technicians and support plant facilities, grounds, fleet, and other maintenance initiatives.
