Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of maintenance experience in Industrial HVAC/Industrial Mechanical/Automotive repair.
• Ability to work in aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 feet or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical/mechanical maintenance on HVAC, compressors, chillers, pumps, and related systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and cranes safely.
• Weld and fabricate as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Perform work orders and maintenance actions in CMMS; ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
