Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Apprentice/Technician on the 2nd shift (3:45PM-12:15AM) at the North Brunswick, NJ site. The role focuses on TPM/CI driven maintenance to maximize uptime and quality on production lines.

You will set up, adjust, and maintain equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and document work promptly. The position requires an associate degree with 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience or 5–7 years of

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience or 5-7 years of equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
• Understand and participate in TPM initiatives and deploy TPM objectives.
• Must have electrical skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, servo drives, motors, sensors and safety systems (LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled industrial maintenance support focused on TPM and CI.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain assigned equipment to maximize uptime and quality.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and line-side maintenance on production machinery and document work promptly.
