Qualifications

• Complete understanding of electrical controls, power distribution, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Experience with AC/DC motors and PID logic.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated and manual equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Perform planned maintenance and provide route cause counter measures.

Skills

Electrical controls understanding

Prior experience with motion control systems

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S

Strong communication skills

Proficient in computer use

Tools

CMMS
