Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Tech III in North Brunswick Township, NJ. The technician will perform intermediate-level maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair extrusion equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, problem-solving, and supporting production goals. Candidates should have industrial maintenance experience and be able to work in industrial conditions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in extrusion.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on extrusion lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Document maintenance work and downtime in CMMS.
