Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Otsego, MN. You will support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and automated packaging systems, while also ensuring base building systems are kept in good condition.

The role requires 2+ years in MHE repair, predictive & preventive maintenance, and blueprints reading. Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office is expected, with flexible shifts to accommodate operations schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years performing predictive and preventive maintenance.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical principles.
• Experience with CMMS and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE including belts and sensors.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts used; track inventory.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain cross-team communications.
