Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for the 3rd shift to support the Operations Maintenance Team. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment, and maintain base building systems within the facility.

The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors.
• 1+ year reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in MHE, including belts, motors, sensors, and relays.
• Monitor: Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communicate: Maintain positive relationships across the Operations facility.
