Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain complex production equipment and building systems. You will diagnose issues from manuals and schematics, perform advanced maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable operation across the plant.

The role requires reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and applying knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Candidates with 5 years in industrial maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must be able to use measuring instruments and perform basic failure analysis.
• Understanding of electronic components to troubleshoot and repair.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• 5 years of industrial electrician/maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and recondition machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose issues from diagrams, manuals, and specs; ensure safe operation.
• Perform advanced maintenance across building systems, HVAC, production equipment.
• Set up and operate machining tools as needed.
• Work with minimal supervision while upholding safety and reliability.
• Assist lower-level technicians and contribute to training.
