Qualifications

5–10 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Experience with PLCs and servo motors.
High school diploma; technical certification or associate degree a plus.
Welding experience (TIG/Arc) preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect machinery to identify malfunctions and respond accordingly.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
Repair or overhaul major industrial equipment.
Assist in installation of new machinery and equipment.
Maintain maintenance logs and report on equipment performance.
Ensure safety regulations and PPE compliance.
Collaborate with team to optimize machine performance.
