Responsibilities

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, tests, and adjust equipment.
• Use hand tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Read work orders and manuals to perform maintenance.
• Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs and IDEC touch screens.
• Install and repair electrical components and wiring.
• Maintain electrical/electronic systems in plant processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, and simple machining tasks.
• Perform mechanical/electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
