Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Crane Technician to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair crane systems ensuring safe and reliable operation of equipment.

The position requires strong experience with overhead cranes, PLCs, and industrial equipment maintenance, along with a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Relevant training and certification from accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years crane/hoist experience, preferably in industrial environments.
• Experience installing and maintaining cranes of all types.
• Ability to operate cranes, hoists, and forklifts.
• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes, electrical systems, PLC systems, and other equipment components.
• Repair, replace, and inspect worn parts.
• Diagnose faults with diagnostic tools and calibration devices.
• Test equipment after repair to ensure proper performance and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
