Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Senior Maintenance Tech (ICT2) at our Devens, MA plant. You will keep packaging equipment running to OEM standards, collaborating with maintenance leadership, operators, vendors, and reliability teams to maximize uptime and meet production goals.

The role requires weekend and off-shift availability, a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, and experience with high-speed industrial equipment. Weekly pay included.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience with large industrial equipment and maintenance.
• Electrical knowledge and experience with electrical and industrial control systems.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or similar high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and practices.
• Provide electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Perform emergency maintenance to support plant operations.
• Train peers and junior team members as needed.
