Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation.
• Experience with CMMS maintenance software.
• Experience with VFDs, servo systems and industrial control systems.
• Preventative and predictive maintenance program experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install industrial production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot motors, motor controls, VFDs, control circuits, sensors, relays, and relays.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, and manuals.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Mentor and support junior maintenance staff.

Position Summary

Overton Industries is looking for a Senior Industrial Maintenance Manager who can maintain and repair facility equipment, respond quickly to operational issues, and uphold the highest safety standards. This position is essential to keeping our operations running efficiently and supporting a culture of teamwork and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install industrial productin equipment and machinery.


• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.


• Troubleshoot electric motors, motor controls, VFDs, control circuits, sensors, relays, switches, and industrial control systems.


• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, and equipment manuals.


• Diagnose hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, filters, pressure controls, and related components.


• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, chains, sprockes, belts, shafts, couplings, and other power-transmission components.


• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance according to established schedules.


• Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests, urgent issues, and emergency solutions.


• Adhere to all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to promote a safe working environment.


• Support the development of junior maintenance staff by providing guidance, training, and hands-on assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational certifications are preferred.


• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
