Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be a part of a team that is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, including PLC and industrial controls.
• Operating and controlling a variety of machinery and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Using a variety of tools and testing methods to diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
• Maintaining knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC's and other relevant systems.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborating with other team members to optimize performance and achieve production goals.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical understanding and proficiency with machines and tools.
• Proven mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Proficiency in operating and controlling machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Experience with industrial controls and Allen Bradley PLC's.
• Proven ability to test and repair machinery and equipment.
• A strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is preferred.
