Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a chemical plant environment.
• Associate degree in technical field or journeyman credentials.
• Strong organization, prioritization and motivational skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety processes during daily work including toolbox talks and BBS targets.
• Execute scheduled maintenance, validate time/manpower and materials, and document work in SAP/CMMS.
• Support base business, capital projects and TPM/Lean improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and internal customers to prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Maintain SAP records and KPIs, identify competency gaps and develop corrective plans.
• Participate in Waxdale Central Service planning meetings and drive continuous improvement in scheduling.
• Coach and train technical workforce to apply standards rigorously.
