Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Planner for a full-time, 12-hour day shift (Team C). The role focuses on safety-driven maintenance planning, scheduling, and collaboration with plant engineers to support capital projects.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in industrial maintenance, strong SAP/MS Office skills, CMMS experience, and a proven safety leadership track record. A technical 2- or 4-year degree and journeyman credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a chemical plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety processes are followed during daily work.
• Execute scheduled maintenance activities in the assigned unit and validate resources.
• Support base business and capital projects with plant engineers.
• Maintain strong SAP documentation and prioritize maintenance activities.
• Participate in weekly planning and scheduling meetings; drive continual improvement.
• Coach and train the technical workforce on WCS standards.
