Job summary

AEI Consultants seeks a Project Manager for its Industrial Hygiene division to oversee environmental projects, including asbestos, lead paint, mold, and IAQ testing. You will manage field teams, generate technical reports, and liaise with clients to ensure quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of IH project experience, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency with field monitoring equipment and MS Office tools. Remote support and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in environmental, civil, environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, industrial hygiene or related field.
• Active state asbestos certification(s) required.
• Experience with field sampling reports and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and direct surveys of asbestos, lead paint, mold and IAQ testing.
• Prepare reports with findings and recommended solutions.
• Perform industrial hygiene sampling and IAQ assessments (mold, bioaerosols, radon, particulates).
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Draft proposals and cost estimates.
• Direct and supervise environmental technicians in field work.
• Support sales with proposal development for advanced services.
