Job summary

Engineering Consulting Services is seeking an experienced industrial hygiene consultant to join our Environmental team. The Environmental Project Manager will oversee asbestos, lead-based paint, IAQ, radon, and mold projects through all phases, including planning, staffing, technical delivery, client communication, and financial management.

You will mentor staff, support business development, ensure quality, schedule, budget, and safety, and maintain strong client relationships while

Qualifications

• 2 years of industrial hygiene experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s in IH, OH&S, Environmental Health/Engineering/Science or equivalent
• Pennsylvania Asbestos Inspector License or willingness to obtain
• Strong project management and client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manages asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality projects
• Directs remediation and abatement activities
• Oversees subcontractors and technical field personnel
• Manages environmental projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinates scope, schedule, budget and resources
• Mentors junior staff and supports team development
• Maintains regular communication with clients and develops client relationships
• Manages project budgets and monitors financial performance
