Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality assessments.
• Performs air and bulk media sampling and monitors remediation activities.
• Documents field observations and prepares project documentation.
• Assists with budgets, schedules and change orders for projects.
• Prepares environmental reports and coordinates field and office activities.
• Develops relationships with existing and prospective clients through project interactions.
