Job summary

Titeflex, a global leader in fluid and gas management products, seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in its Industrial Hose Division in the United States. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will expand market presence for PTFE, metal, and composite hose products across multiple sites and industries.

The role requires a proven track record in technical sales within industrial markets, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while delivering

Qualifications

Proven success in a senior sales or business development role within industrial manufacturing or engineered products.
Experience selling industrial hoses, fluid transfer systems, valves, fittings, or related technical products.
Ability to engage with engineering, procurement, operations, and senior management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with divisional sales objectives.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within targeted industries and geographic regions.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, OEMs, EPCs, and end users.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote hose solutions.
